After spending nearly three decades working for insurance carriers and leading an InsurTech startup, Steve clearly understands the key drivers of customer satisfaction, retention, profitability and growth. He enjoys providing thought leadership to insurance companies as they develop and implement their road map for digital transformation.
Steve is currently head of Customer Engagement Strategy for Insurance at Salesforce and partners with CEOs, Business Executives and IT Professionals within the Insurance Industry to grow their companies in a sustainable way.
As a President of SMR Capital, he owns and operates and operates several FedEx Ground and Home Delivery routes in the Pacific Northwest.
